Quick Fix: Rubberband to replace earring back

25 Jan

So, I’m a hot mess and have an uncanny ability to lose….everything..especially little things like the earring backs. I also manage to lose the back while I’m actually wearing the earrings & then I worry I’m going to lose my precious costume jewels. So to prevent losing my bling, I just use a piece of  rubberband as an earring back.

SO, if you’re in a pinch & need an earring back, just cut a rubber band like I did and voila a back for your earring. (PS: I typically use a regular rubber band, not a colored one, but I most likely lost those too & had to use what I could find, ha)

Let’s be honest, I can’t always wear my big earrings, for fear my toddler will literally rip my ear off , but when I DO have the luxury of rocking out my hoops/chandeliers/faux diamonds I do not want to lose em! Now, get out those earrings you’ve put away for fear you may lose them, try this trick and work it!
